Cathy Sibanda Thebe is the founder of the Financial Literacy Trust (FLT). FLT is an early market mover in financial literacy and financial awareness issues in Botswana. She is a Certified Financial Education Instructor with the National Financial Educators Council in the United States. Through FLT, Sibanda is focused on outreach through public financial education programs and is part of the Technical Working Group for National Financial Inclusion Strategy.
