Kresna Hatta is chief executive officer of the Rahsa Nusantara and founding partner and trustee of Rahsa Thriving Biodiversity Foundation. Through Rahsa Nusantara—a social enterprise focused on sustainability and local empowerment—Kresna addresses biodiversity loss, rural economic inequality, and health challenges. He has supported over 100 small-scale farmers, increasing their income by an average of 20 percent, promoted the sustainable use of more than 99 indigenous plant species, and educated over 1,000 individuals in holistic medicinal practices to prevent non-communicable diseases. His work with women entrepreneurs and artisans has helped distribute sustainably produced food to over 70,000 families. Kresna is inspired by the resilience and ingenuity of the farming communities he serves.
