Yi Jun Mock is the co-founder and president of Advisory Singapore, a fully youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young Singaporeans to make informed decisions about their careers through one-on-one mentorship, an online repository of interviews with working professionals, and direct programs with local schools. Since its founding in 2016, Advisory Singapore has reached over 280,000 students and youth across the country. Yi Jun has spearheaded the organization's significant growth, which now includes a team of 90 staff across three continents and is supported by 4,000 volunteers and 100 educators. Under his leadership, the organization has also forged partnerships with institutions such as Nanyang Polytechnic and the National University of Singapore and delivered over 15,000 hours of individualized mentoring.
